1. Research Paper

Abstract (max 300 words): Should include:

• Research topic/aim
• Theoretical framework
• Methods
• Findings and conclusions

Presentation time: 15 minutes presentation + 10 minutes discussion

2. Research Poster

Posters will be displayed during designated sessions.

Abstract format: Same as research paper (300 words)

3. Symposia

Duration: 90 minutes

Submission should include:

• Symposium title
• Chair and discussant
• Overview abstract (500 words)
• Contributor details with individual abstracts (300 words each)

If not accepted as a symposia, individual papers may be considered for parallel sessions.

4. Poster and Presentation Guidelines

• Posters must be A1 size (594 × 841 mm)
• Oral presenters must prepare presentation slides
• Each author may submit up to two abstracts as presenting author

5. Review Process

All submissions will undergo peer review by the scientific committee based on:

• Originality
• Methodological rigour
• Clarity and coherence
• Contribution to conference discussions
• Relevance to the theme
